Family Counselling

We use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help parents and children strengthen their relationship through an attachment-based lens. Every family is unique and faces its own set of challenges. Child & Teen Counselling

We understand children and youth have unique needs, which is why we create a warm, nurturing space where they can feel heard and supported. Using play, sand tray, and other creative approaches and activities, we offer kids a natural way to express and process emotions—especially when words are too hard. Through play, children can safely communicate their feelings and move toward healing. Our child and teen sessions are offered to individuals age 3 to 17.

Deep Tissue Massage

Using slow, deliberate pressure and focused strokes, this massage helps release persistent knots, improve mobility, and reduce pain caused by stress, injury, or repetitive movement. Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massage focuses on easing muscle tension and calming the nervous system through gentle, rhythmic strokes. This treatment is designed to support stress reduction, improve circulation, and encourage full-body relaxation. It is well suited for individuals seeking a peaceful, restorative experience rather than deep or targeted muscle work

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is a specialized form of massage therapy tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy. Sessions focus on relieving muscle tension, reducing stress, and supporting circulation using pregnancy-safe techniques and positioning. Each treatment is adapted to the stage of pregnancy and individual comfort.

Myofascial Cupping Therapy

Myofascial Cupping therapy is a gentle technique that uses suction to help release muscle tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. The cups create a lifting effect on the tissues, which can help reduce tightness, promote relaxation, and increase mobility. Temporary marks may occur and are a normal part of the treatment.

Nutritional Counselling Services

General Well-being (non- diet)

 
It’s common to feel stuck in cycles of dieting, weight loss and regain, and frustration around food. Many people

find themselves trying new nutrition plans and become increasingly stressed, exhausted, and consumed by food thoughts. I practice from a weight-inclusive lens, meaning we focus on sustainable health behaviours rather than using body weight as the primary measure of success. Diet culture has shaped many of our beliefs about food and bodies, often leading to rigid food rules, restrict-and-binge cycles, and feeling out of control around eating. Together, we work toward restructuring nutrition beliefs to create a peaceful relationship with food. 

Digestive Health (IBS)

Living with IBS can be uncomfortable, unpredictable, and frustrating. Digestive symptoms often interfere with work, social events, and daily life. I work with clients to identify triggers and reduce uncomfortable symptoms. The goal is to develop a long term plan to manage symptoms while maintaining variety, flexibility, and nourishment.

Sports Nutrition & Performance

 

Proper fueling plays a critical role in performance, recovery, and long-term health. Whether you are actively competing in a sport or training to stay strong and active for years to come, nutrition can make a meaningful difference.

I work with athletes and active individuals to ensure they are adequately fueling their bodies for training demands. This includes optimizing energy intake, supporting recovery, improving hydration strategies, and addressing any performance-related nutrition concerns.
