Yoga Instructor, Gentle Embodied Movement for Strength, Mobility & Nervous System Connection.
Samantha is the founder of Embodied Rhythm and has been teaching yoga and movement classes for over 8 years. She completed a 300-hour yoga teacher training and has continued her studies through biomechanics, mobility, somatic movement, and coursed inspired by the work of Katy Bowman and other movement educators.
She believes movement doesn't need to be intense to be meaningful. Through gentle embodied movement, mobility work, strength building, breathe, music, and plenty of humor, Samantha helps people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.
Inspired by the rhythms of nature, the changing seasons, and the understanding that our bodies are always changing, her classes encourage participants to move with curiosity rather than pressure. Expect thoughtfully curated music, practical movement, laughter, and a welcoming, trauma-informed enviroment where you can meet yourself exactly where you are.
Her hope is that each class leaves people feeling a little stronger, a little more mobile, and a little more connected to themselves than when they arrived.
